Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Rogers Metal Services, Inc.

1. Terms are net 30 days for all accounts.
2. All freight coming and going to be paid by customer. We can offer local pickup and delivery as required.
3. All packing materials, skids, boxes, pans, etc. to be supplied by customer.
4. We will not accept or take on any other outside process but will gladly drop ship on your behalf. Customer to pay all freight if necessary.
5. Any discrepancies on counts must be brought to our attention within 10 days after being received from Rogers Metal.
6. Any quality issues must be brought to our attention within 10 days after receipt of parts. (Please note) If a customer goes ahead and preforms any other operations or secondary process to our parts after receipt from us, then Rogers Metal Services will not accept any claims for bad brazed or defective parts.
7. In brazing, we only check for visual braze flow where it can be seen on the part. Any special inspections or testing can be discussed.
8. Any tooling required will be paid for or supplied by the customer.
9. When working on a new product or customer, we ask that you contact us to discuss your product before you produce any parts. We can help save costs and troubles when we are brought in early on a project.
